Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, sports bras, underwear, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
- We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, depending on availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, YPT Activewear will cover the shipping costs.
